Assistant General Manager
(Front of House Operations–Led Role)
We're looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead front-of-house operations and run busy services with confidence, clarity, and care.

This is a hands-on, service-first leadership role. You’ll be the person running the floor during peak services — owning flow, pacing, team leadership, and guest experience — so that everything feels smooth, warm, and effortless from the outside, even when it’s busy behind the scenes.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced, floor-led hospitality operator who genuinely loves service. You’ve spent time leading teams on the floor in busy restaurants, you’re confident running the door and managing the book, and you know how to keep a service flowing without guests ever feeling rushed or forgotten.

You’re naturally warm and people-focused, comfortable talking to guests when things go wrong, and able to hold boundaries with calm, clear communication. You care deeply about doing things properly and you understand that great hospitality and strong commercial performance come from well-run services. This role is not for someone who prefers working from an office or avoids guest interaction.
What’s In It For You
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role at the heart of the restaurant. You’ll have real trust and autonomy on the floor, working closely with the Owner and Head Chef, and the Bar Manager to shape how services are run day to day.

It’s a role with clear room to grow, offering exposure to operational decision-making, team leadership, and the commercial side of running a busy, high-performing restaurant — all within a supportive environment that values high standards, strong culture, and genuine hospitality.
