If you can hold down a buzzing floor, vibe with the crew, and juggle spreadsheets like they’re limes at a margarita bar, then read on. This ain’t about ticking boxes. It’s about running a place that hits hard and feels like home.
What you’ll be doing:

Run the floor like it’s your stage. Lead every service with pace, presence and control.

Push the numbers. You’re always thinking: more covers, higher spend, more return visits.

Lead the crew. Hire, train, and fire up a FOH team who love the hustle like you do.

Keep the vibes high. Make guests feel welcome, looked after, and hyped to come back.

Own the ops. Rotas, reporting, stock, compliance, with solid support tools like Planday, Goodtill, and ResDiary.

Drive the brand. From events to promotions to new ideas, you don’t wait for instructions, you make it happen.
You’ll need:

2+ years in a GM or Assistant GM role, ideally in high-volume, casual dining.

A sharp head for sales and numbers, and the hustle to back it up.

A hands-on leadership style. You’re on the floor, not hiding in the office.
-
Big energy, zero ego.
-
Real love for food, music, culture, and creating a space people want to come back to.
